Purchase & Return Policy
Thank your for shopping at Fine Arts Imports Online. The following information is provided to you so that you may understand the terms and conditions of our online purchase and return policy.

Purchases

For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not perfectly happy with your purchase, we'll gladly take it back.
  • Purchases made from finerimports.com can either be returned to our store or by mail (at buyer's cost and risk) to the address printed on the invoice included with your shipment.

  • If you have a receipt, we'll exchange or refund your purchase in the original form of payment. Delivery charges are nonrefundable.

  • If you don't have a receipt, with your valid photo I.D., we'll be happy to exchange the item or give you a merchandise credit for its current selling price.

  • If an item goes on sale or has a price reduction and you have your receipt, we'll gladly refund the difference for up to 30 days after your original purchase. Excludes seasonal merchandise.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
Orders shipped using our standard delivery will be sent using UPS Ground and will arrive within 3-5 business days. Standard orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day. Standard orders shipping to Hawaii will arrive in 5-7 business days.

Express Delivery
Orders shipped using our express delivery will be sent using UPS Blue 2 Day and will arrive within two business days by 7:00 p.m. if the order is received by 8:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Express deliveries to Hawaii, and some addresses in Alaska, will arrive within three business days by 7:00 p.m.

P.O. Boxes
Standard Delivery - Orders will be sent using USPS (United States Postal Service) Parcel Post and will arrive within 2-9 business days. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box in Hawaii will take 3-5 weeks.
Express Delivery - Orders will be sent using USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail and will arrive within 2-3 business days.

Military APO & FPO
Standard Delivery - Orders will be sent using USPS (United State Postal Service) Parcel Post and will arrive within 2-9 business days at one of the major USPS processing facilities on either the East or West coast. From there your package will be handled by the MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency). The MPSA may take 30-45 days to deliver packages to Europe and the Pacific and 7-15 days to Southwest Asia and Central and South America.
Express Delivery - Orders will be sent using USPS (United State Postal Service) Priority Mail and will arrive within 2-3 business days to one of the major USPS processing facilities on either the East or West coast. From there your package will be handled by the MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency). The MPSA may take 7-9 days to deliver packages to Europe, Central and South America and the Pacific. Shipments to Southwest Asia may take as long as 10-15 days.

Note: During times of military conflict, there may be delays in MPSA deliveries that cannot be controlled.

Gift Certificates
Fine Arts Imports Gift Certificates shipped using our standard delivery will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail, at no charge, for delivery within 3-5 business days. Gift Certificates shipped using our express delivery will be sent using UPS Standard Overnight and will arrive the next business day by 7:00 p.m. if the order is received by 1:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. There is a charge for express delivery of Gift Certificates.

Note: Occasionally orders will require special processing by a Customer Service Representative in order to obtain the necessary credit authorization. In these rare cases shipping may be delayed by one or two business days.

Delivery Surcharge
Some items exceed size and/or weight restrictions set by our carriers and cost considerably more to ship. In addition to the regular delivery charges, a surcharge will be added to each oversized item to cover these additional shipping costs. The surcharge amount will be displayed below the price of the item and will also be itemized during checkout.

Sales Tax
By law we are required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge sales tax on shipping and/or handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

Individuals & Organizations Exempt from Paying Sales Tax: We currently do not offer tax-exempt purchases through our Internet site. If you would like to make a tax-exempt purchase, please visit our store location or call us.
